Education And Its Prospects |

Every Human society has its own custom and culture, bound by some rules and regulations, which gives security and peace. This is not only for human society but also for all living beings. Law is a natural phenomenon, which ought to be followed.
In all the ages complications are there in human society. Which disturbs peace of the society. To prevent this, the societies chose some moral rules and ethics, that is Law. The enforceable body of rules that govern any society is Law. The important part of jurisprudence through out legal history has been Natural Law. The philosophers of ancient Greece considered that there was a kind of perfect justice given to man by nature. Law is the conditions of society, which is generally respected and obeyed by civilians.
Thinking about Law and court itself is very fearful for a normal person in our country because they are unaware of mere basics in law, which might make their life go smoothly. One such case is the Consumer Court, which is usually unknown by the consumer. So frequently commodities are bought which have many minor and major problems but most of them are not bothered to approach the court and just keep on facing the problems. Consumers are especially protected by legal means it is the policy of current legislation to protect consumer from unfair terms.
Every citizen of the country should posses the basic knowledge of Law and order, in fact it should be introduced in school syllabus so that a person will be familiar with law right from his childhood. Unfortunately Indian schools do not follow this. But an individual interested in this can go for its studies.
Students after there 10 + 2 can go for a five-year course. The five-year course in Law is open for students from all subjects' streams. After passing this five-year program they have good prospects as they are given hands on experience of court proceedings and practice session at mock courts in the college itself. Also students into their graduation from all subjects stream can go for LLB a three-year course. Both students from five-year and three year courses can go for Post graduation (LLM). To enroll the students, most of the Universities are conducting common entrance test.
The Prospects after completion of the law course are tremendous The Law course curriculum is extensive and equips the student with the fundamentals of the corporate sector and a clear understanding of the business organisation. It includes company Law along with all the practical aspects of legal Procedures.
Law graduates have plenty of job opportunities in various fields. Many large firms have legal cell or department where law graduates are required as legal executive in both Private and Public sector. They also have the option of working with Legal Consultancy firm. After completing Law graduation a person can go for company secretary's course and can find a job as company secretary. Those who are looking for work opportunities with government can join the Army which recruits Law graduates or for the Civil services. Law graduates most relevant job opportunities are the legal option in the business / corporate sector and in consultancy firms with legal department of business and with company secretary firms. Ofcourse a Law graduate has his own interesting way to become a private / public lawyer and also a magistrate. All universities do require somebody to teach this subject, that is the faculty, and that person has to be a Law graduate or a Postgraduate. Law courses are pursued at Osmania University in Hyderabad, Andhra University Waltair, Kakatiya University Warangal, Venkateshwara University Tirupathi, and many more Universities all over India.
In short law is considerably a fascinating subject. It has the power of engrossing a person into itself. It is essential for everyone in a country atleast to know his own rights and duties. Even though there are no job opportunities for a Law graduate or Postgraduate, he can absorb the knowledge for himself and for the society by social service.
