THE CAREER:-
This
is mainly a field where an individual's inherent expressive talents are finely
tuned to produce aesthetic pleasure to produce to man, which since time
immermorial has contributed to generate of tranquilfty, harmony and peace.
Fine arts may be broadly divided into performing arts like music and
dance and visual arts like painting, sculpture.
Under these broad heads fall many categories of fine arts.
ABOUT
IT:- Most universities in India offer graduate courses
in fine arts. Regular
diploma/degree courses are offered by both government sponsored as well as
privately run institutions like Government College of Music, Sec'bad and Ramkote,
Hyderabad. College of Fine Arts and
Architecture, Masab Tank, Hyderabad is one of the Institutions which offers
courses in fine arts. A private
college on Nampally station road run by eminent people has been opened recently.
ITS
PROSPECTS:- Employment
opportunities exist as Teachers/Lecturers of various arts in both private and
Govt.Schools/Colleges. Radio Stations, Televisions offer opportunities to young
musicians and dancers to perform, thereby drawing the attention of a large
section of art lovers which ultimately leads in achieving fame and fortune as an
artist. Artists and painters have
an attractive opening in the field of advertising, interior decorations, design
centre attached to handloom boards, magazines, newspapers etc.
Fame and fortune is acquired when the eye of art loving public is
captured.
IT
DEMANDS:- Creativity, wide imagination and inclination toward
visualising the unseen and putting it in to black and white, are some of the
qualities, that would contribute tremendously in shaping a persons career in
fine arts
towards success.
