'Priyamaina Neeku'

This is the story based on a young girl's diary. Supergood films. Director Balasekharan believes that it is going to be a different kind of love story. He explores one sided love from the girl's side. This is the director's first film, having made two Tamil films earlier. The shooting is taking place at Hyderabad at present. Tarun, Shivaji, Sneha, Preeti play the main roles. The songs will be picturised in vizag towards the month end.

Antamana Manchike

The promotional press meet of 'Anta mana Manchike' was held in Hyderabad recently. Kishore Rathi said that the film is doing well in all parts of the state. Kavai Sarala, Bhramhanandam and Ali were also present. Hero Rajendra Prasad and director Veeru K skipped the function. Rumours have it that this was because of the fight they had with the producer while the shooting was going on. 

'Subhakaryam'

Dr. Rajasekhar, Naveen, Malvika are the main star cast in the film being made by the president of Amulya Arts C. Kalyan. The film shooting is almost half over. Raviraja Pinisetti is the director of the film.

This is a story weaved around for families who live in the same compound. " the story revolves around an auspicious event. Dr. Rajasekhar plays the hero. His role is totally in the flash-back", said the director. Naveen and Malavika play the romantic pair. The songs are going to be picturised in various foreign countries. The film is slated for release in January.

'Mandupatara' Cassette Release

This was a unique event. Normally a film's songs are released in a cassette format. But this film 'Madupatara' which is being made without any songs held its audio release function recently. The cassette consists of various mimicry artists imitations of various actors and their opinions about the concept of movies. The film's heroes Krishna, Suman, Saikumar, Vinod Kumar, Director Bharat, Producer Bhaskara Raja participated in the event.

Super star Krishna plays himself in this film. The recent kidnapping of kanada hero Rajkumar by Veerappan has been used in the film.

Devi Kaman Combines

Director Tamma Reddy Bharadwaja recently spoke about the progress of Devi Kaman combines new film with Sumant and Laya as the lead pair." 35 % of the talkie part is over. The songs will be recorded by month end. Sumant is doing exceptionally well in his role. This film will prove him as a good actor.

Producer K.C. Sekhar Babu said, " This film is a mix of love and friendship. I got a good story, Director, and artists. We will declare the title very soon."

'Kaun Banega' Baachi 'Lakshadipati'

The producers of Baachi are going to present T.V. programme on Gemini channel for four weeks on the lines of kaun banega karodpati.

Baachi which had good openings all over the state, wants to cash in more on the audiences interest. Viewers who see the film have to send in the counter foils of their ticket with their addresses to participate in the programme.

"Every week 10 lucky people will be chosen. The prizes range from Rs. 200 to Rs. 1 lakh. The programme will be aired from 25th December", said the Director Poori Jagannadh.

Super Speed Shooting

The new film of AA Arts with Srihari as Hero and Haribabu as director is shooting at a fast pace from day one. The shooting started in the second week of November and will be completed in the third week of December. "This is a different film for action hero Sreehari. This film is being made with a family back-drop. We want to release the film in January," said the producer, Mahendra.

K.V. Reddy Award

The Chief of Jagapati Arts, famous Director, Producer and V.B. Rajendra Prasad who has given us many a super hit films like 'Dasara Bullodu', over the past three decades has been chosen by Yuva kala vahini organisation with the K.V. Reddy Memorial award. The function will be held in Tyagaraya Gana Sabha (Hyderabad) on the 13th of December.
